Lost and Found is located in the U.S. Cellular Center.

The official 2012 Bele Chere Festival Guides are available throughout the festival.  You may find them at Bele Chere Information Stations and the stand alone Bele Chere kiosks.  The guides contain information about Bele Chere events, performance schedules and the Bele Chere Festival Map.  You may also click here to download a printable festival map here.

Information Booths

Information booths are located throughout the festival at key intersections. Roving Information attendants can also help with answers to all your Bele Chere festival needs. Look for these volunteers at the information booths or carrying signs.

First Aid Tents

The first aid tents are located in three areas:

  • Patton Avenue and Church Street
  • Children’s Area (inside the U.S. Cellular Center)
  • Lexington near College Street

Cash, Check, or Credit

Acceptance of cash, credit, or check varies from vendor to vendor, but if you need to acquire cash while attending the festival, you can find ATMs throughout the Downtown Asheville area, some of which are located within the festival boundaries.

  • Asheville Savings Bank: Patton Avenue at Arts Park
  • Bank of America: 162 College Street & 68 Patton Avenue
  • BB&T: 1 West Pack Square
  • Cash Points: Corner of Charlotte and College Streets
  • First Citizens Bank: 108 Patton Avenue
  • Premier Credit Union: Haywood St. at the U.S. Cellular Center
  • Wachovia: 1 Haywood Street

Restrooms

There are temporary restrooms throughout the festival boundaries. There are also restrooms located within the U.S. Cellular Center.

Doggy Jail

ALL PETS are strictly prohibited inside of the festival boundaries.

Leave your pooch at home or make a trip to Doggy Jail. And don’t worry; it is a cool, clean, and friendly place to house your pet while you attend the festival. Facilitated by the Animal Compassion Network, Doggy Jail costs $5 per hour, with a maximum of $20 charged. It is located at 70 Court Plaza (in front of City Hall).

Mommy Haven

If you have a little one and need a changing or nursing station, visit the U.S. Cellular Center. Mommy Haven is located on the concourse level before you go down the ramp to the Children’s Area.
