Festival Arts and Crafts

Standard arts and crafts booths are located throughout the festival. In addition to the many handcrafted items exhibitors offer, our downtown merchants and local non-profit organizations are invited to participate by establishing booths on the street as well.
Every year approximately 300 Bele Chere Arts and Crafts applications are mailed in from across the country. Applications are available in January and due at the beginning of March. A panel of local professional artist review the applications and assign a score to all of the applicants and their materials. The scores are totaled and each vendor is notified of their standing.  If a vendor is not accepted they are automatically placed on a waiting list in case we have cancellations.
